Our client, a leading firm in the Civil Engineering industry, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Permanent Planner to join their dynamic team in Castleford, Yorkshire and the Humber.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Analyze project progress and prepare reports for management.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal team efficiency.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to align planning with project design and construction activities.
- Ability to use master programme and labour resource chart
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in planning within the Civil Engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in planning software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant degree or certification in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
Salary:
- Between £40k - £60k (D.O.E)
- Company Car/Car Allowance is negotiable
