ReCon Advisory Partners are looking for an experienced quantity surveyor for a well established Consultancy based in their Cardiff office. The consultancy is looking for an individual who can play a vital part in within their business having many responsibilities to ensure the business becomes even more successful.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive commercial support including Measurement, Estimating, Contract Review/Administration & procurement.
- Engage in project management activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors and specialist contractors
- Preparing tender documentation, analysing tenders, and making tender recommendations.
Requirements
- Preferred degree in a quantity surveying or associated construction field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a quantity surveyor
- Experience within a consultancy is advantageous but not essential
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PDF, and other Microsoft programs.
- Proven and able to work independently as well as part of a team to deliver high quality standards for every client.
- Experience within construction projects is essential
Package
- Upto £50k salary D.O.E
- 25 days paid holiday per holiday year plus public holidays
- Car allowance is also negotiable depending on circumstances and requirements of the role
