Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain project cost estimates and budgets.
- Carry out cost analysis and value engineering activities.
- Assist with the preparation of tender documentation and bid submissions.
- Manage and monitor project financial performance, including forecasting and reporting.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure financial accuracy.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards throughout project execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying within the civil engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
